Our mandate

Three roles, from sponsorship to operation.

  1. 01

    Project sponsorship and capital

As the founding Nigerian partner, we lead the development, financing and delivery of refinery and energy assets, and direct foreign investment into local industry.

  2. 02

    Regulatory and institutional liaison

We are the link between global consortia and Nigerian authorities, including the Lekki Free Trade Zone Authority and the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority (NEPZA), so every project stays compliant and supported.

  3. 03

    Delivery and ESG compliance

We own the path from concept to operation: permits, fair land acquisition, environmental standards and lasting agreements with host communities.
